Responsibilities as Regional Directorate
As Regional Directorate, Marcus Wellhöner acts as the link between the federal association and the regional real estate industry in Mülheim, Essen, Duisburg, and Oberhausen. The Regional Directorate represents BVFI locally and promotes cross-industry exchange in the region.
