Behind Wellhöner Immobilien is the managing partner Marcus Wellhöner. The successful real estate agent from Mülheim an der Ruhr has many years of experience in the real estate industry, including as a manager of residential, commercial and retail properties.
He also works as a consultant and interim manager for various real estate companies throughout the region around Mülheim, Essen, Duisburg and Oberhausen.
Since 2017, the umbrella brand "Wellhöner Group" has united four business areas, all of which are managed as independent limited partnerships. We make no distinctions between our clients – private individuals are looked after just as competently as family offices and listed property holders.
As an owner-managed family business, the owners work actively in the company every day and are personally available to our clients – not just the face of the firm, but part of the team. This personality creates trust. Our guiding principle: from the region – for the region.
