When carrying out work on listed heritage properties, the right sequence matters: early coordination, the necessary permits, heritage-compliant execution and audit-proof cost documentation. On request, Wellhöner coordinates cooperation with the responsible heritage authority and, once work is complete, prepares the documentation for the official certificate under §§ 7i, 10f or 11b EStG. The tax assessment is then carried out by the relevant tax office.
