VDIV NRW is the largest professional interest representation in North Rhine-Westphalia. All members benefit from a comprehensive range of services, including consultations on professional policy, legal and technical matters. Wellhöner Immobilien values the offering of current case law discussions as well as the extensive training and continuing education program.
GIF e.V.
German Society for Real Estate Research
Wellhöner Immobilien has been involved in the Society for Real Estate Research (gif) for many years. The network of decision-makers in the real estate industry pursues non-profit purposes, including the promotion of teaching and research. The association with over 1,300 members works in around 20 working groups and competence groups.

Link between the university and the regional economy
Engagement in the Sponsors' Association of Hochschule Ruhr West e.V. is particularly close to Wellhöner Immobilien's heart. Hochschule Ruhr West is regarded as an important catalyst for the entire region. German Real Estate Council – Regional Association
The German Real Estate Council IVD e.V. has existed since 2004 and, with around 6,000 members, is one of the largest German business associations in the housing and real estate sector. Wellhöner Immobilien is active in IVD West, the regional association for North Rhine-Westphalia, Rhineland-Palatinate and the Saarland. The IVD association logo is considered a trademark for qualified industry professionals.

WoLeDu
Living and Life in Duisburg
A meeting in the Hamborn district, attended by four housing companies and the Duisburg city administration, laid the foundation for the WoLeDu cooperation in 2002. One of the aims is to present Duisburg as an attractive place to live and work. With 38 companies as cooperation partners, the association is limited to the entire Duisburg city area.
